#285 - A spectacular American or British Sampler. Ex collection Dr.Hamilton, Dundas, On. Signed "Jean Reid" age 12, 1824. Sampler is decorated with animals, birds, trees, adam and eve and the borders are decorated with tulips. The center has a very majestic house. One of the best sampler's that I have ever seen. H.49cm.,W.43 cm.
