Description

Peruvian Cuzco Spanish painting. Eighteenth century on canvas with no signature. Madonna breast feeding the baby Jesus perched on a donkey. Joseph at her side. Painting has been relined and has three pin holes. The Cuzco School ( Peruvian) is an artistic  movement of the Catholic tradition developed  in the Viceroyalty  of Peru  during the sixteenth and eighteenth centuries particular  in Cuzco (Peru) former capitol of the Inca Empire.  Size: 16 in by 14in.
