Return and refund policy.

Please request information on the item before purchasing, in regards to condition, any restoration to the item or more photos of the piece(s) you would like. We are happy to oblige to insure that you are completely satisfied.

If you decide that you do not want an item that you have purchased, you have three days from the time that you received it to notify me of your decision either via email or phone call. Please notify me by email or phone, not postal letter, as it takes too long to receive.

A re-stocking fee of 10% is charged to cover return shipping, foreign exchange and other fees such as PayPal’s fees etc. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent. If you receive a damaged item please document and photograph the damage and we’ll do what we can to make it right.

Please note: Items purchased that are on “SALE” are not returnable. Thus products in the ‘SALE’ category.

Shipping policy.

As many of our items are large, fragile, odd sized, and/or require negotiation between ourselves and the purchaser, Please contact us to discuss shipping.  In some cases I will deliver large pieces and or clocks for a reasonable agreed upon price if you are within so many hours distance. Until there is a more formal shipping system in place, please just contact us to work out shipping. For smaller pieces we ship weekly from FedEx in Niagara Falls.
